What a proper Undercut haircut is
« on: October 24, 2013, 05:37:39 PM »
This is what a proper Undercut haircut looks like. I have seen so many botched Undercuts I deem it necessary to put this proper Undercut. Notice the hard line between the buzzed sides and the top. A little scissor taper but no clipper fading like I see so many barbers doing for an easy way out.
You folks should know the Undercut was a military haircut many blue moons ago. Back then the Undercut was a buzz and go, done with a hair clipper in under two minutes if the soldier only needed the undercut retouched.
I will say that finding a barber who can do a good Undercut is hard, if your barber is not experienced with an Undercut then give yourself one instead, not difficult to do but needs practice with a good hair clipper.

I'm a fan of the Undercut when it is done properly like in your picture UFC_Fighter! But these days there are so many botched Undercut haircuts thanks to the horrible men's haircuts information online  ;D ::)

Another picture of a properly done Undercut with a brushed up side part hairstyle (from a German gymnast):
